Advice, consultancy, mentoring and training

Having lead large teams in the past, I really enjoy working with others. I have delivered training programs and tool box talks to gardener's and grounds teams. I have helped new start-ups giving business advice as well as horticultural guidance.

Advice and consultancy for your garden
Training and working with existing gardeners as a mentor
Helping people set up a new gardening business
Recruitment of gardeners; including on site training
Demonstrations and workshops on those difficult jobs.

The ability to listen, encourage and work with others means we can coordinate and deliver projects that may be difficult for a single persons’ skill sets. I work alongside other industry professionals.
